As a certificated community manager (MHM), I offer my clients access to sustainable development community development and co housing knowledge as well as access to low cost affordable housing either on private land, or in manufactured home parks. 

I have three licenses. The first license is in real estate, where I offer expertise both on the residential investment and commercial property side.

The second license is in manufactured home sales, where I offer my expertise, experience and certifications with six different manufacturers as well as in park and on private land new home custom designs and installations.

The third license I offer is for park model homes, which are the most affordable housing available today, besides RV living. They can be used in a wide variety of settings, such as private land, campgrounds, RV parks and mobile home parks.

My focus with this type of housing is in line with my passion to help solve the homeless problem by providing the bottom rung of homeownership to those trying to get out of the homeless situation and attain home ownership.
